I suspect that for me stage 2 would be the most important and I’d be worried that making stage 1 tiny might undermine the value and thus the motivation i.e. “all that work preparing with so little gain”. I guess the way to look at it is to see the gain as the habit rather than the outcome of the habit. I’m definitely going to try this though. Thanks BJ
